Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your product? Then return it within 30-days of delivery for a full refund. At Two Rocks Fishing we make it easy and straight forward. 

  • Products purchased at full price that are returned will receive a full refund within 30-days of the delivery. 
  • Products purchased at full price can be exchanged within 30-days of the delivery. 
  • Products purchased on sale or discount and be returned for a full refund within 30-days of the delivery. 
  • Products purchased on sale or discount can be exchanged within 30-days of the delivery. 

We can only accept returns on items that have not been worn or washed. 

Shipping and handling charges of returned or exchanged items are non-refundable unless it was a shipping error on our part. Example, we shipped you the wrong product or size from what you ordered. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, Two Rocks Fishing reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. 

STEPS TO RETURN AN ORDER

If your order meets the requirements for returns or exchanges and you would like to return your order or exchange your order, then you will ship it back to us at this address:

Please include a note to let us know if you would like an exchange or a full refund. This will help us process exchanges and return requests faster. Including your order number and full name will also help us to locate the order. 

You can also email us at support@tworocksfishing.com to let us know that you have sent your return or exchange. Please also let us know the return tracking number so that we can track the return and process it faster.

RETURN POLICY

Orders can be returned within 30-days of your purchase for a full refund excluding shipping costs. The items that are being returned have to be unworn and still have the packaging intact. 

We cannot process refunds for items that have been returned without packaging intact. 

Once the return has been received, it can take up to 48-hours for us to process the return and either issue the refund, or exchange the product. Exchanges will be processed within 24-hours of the return being accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders can be exchanged within 30-days of your purchase. The items that are being exchanged have to be unworn and still have the packaging intact.

We cannot process exchanges for items that do not have packaging intact, that have been worn or washed. 

We will exchange the item you return within the exchanges window for an item of equal value.
