TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All of our orders are shipped through USPS, you can track your shipment on the USPS website by going to https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction you should also receive your tracking number through email when your order ships. In the email that is sent, you will be able to click the tracking number to see the tracking information about your shipment.

Once your order has been placed, it takes us about one business day to ship your order. Once the order has been shipped, you'll receive your tracking number through the email or phone number you provided when placing your order.
Tracking will be sent to you through email once your order has shipped. If you see that your order tracking isn't updating you can reach out to us to look into your package. Once your package has shipped, it can take 24-hours for the post office to initially update the tracking information. We don't have any control of the post office and how they update tracking while in transit, but you can reach out to us if your tracking is not moving and we can reach out to the post office about the package.

Tracking normally updates once the item is received by the post office. If you received a tracking number and don't see tracking moving yet, don't be alarmed. It can take 24-hours after receiving your tracking number.

WASHING AND CARE
You can machine wash your neck gaiters like normal, they don't shrink or fade in the wash.
