Reship And Refund Policy

RE-SHIPMENT POLICY

Please allow us up to 20 business days before you contact us about re-shipping your item. If your address comes back as invalid, then we will have to confirm the address and a fee may apply for having to re-ship the package.

If you are missing an item in your shipment or you receive the wrong order or size, then please contact us for a return shipment label at our cost so that we can correct your order. Once that return has been shipped we will issue the re-shipment of your order.  

REFUND POLICY

  • If your tracking number shows updates, then we can only refund the product cost to you. 
  • If your tracking number does not show any updates, then we can issue a full refund to you. 

Two Rocks Fishing will wait 30 business days from the last time your package was scanned by the post office before we will look at issuing a full or partial refund for an order.
