    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Tracking normally updates once the item is received by the post office. If you received a tracking number and don't see tracking moving yet, don't be alarmed. It can take 24-hours after receiving your tracking number. 

    SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

    We process orders up till 11AM MST each day, so if you place an order before 11AM it will typically ship same day. Orders placed after 11AM MST will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day, Monday. If an order is placed on a holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.

    Two Rocks Fishing uses USPS to ship orders, unless it's needed to ship with a different carrier at our discretion. Once the package has left our facility in Centerville, Utah we are no longer in control of the package and USPS will be at this point. Once an item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

    We cannot guarantee these shipment times, as it's out of our control once the post office receives your package and if they have any delays. You will be provided with a tracking number to your order to track your package. You can track your package through your order confirmation email or by going to usps.com.

    PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS

    BACK ORDERS

    We try our best to make sure items do not go out of stock and that we carry enough inventory. If we for some reason are out of stock of an item, we will contact you to let you know it's been backordered and will give an estimated shipment date.
